Rusty Korth, Vice President Of Zero Emission Strategies at RTS - Rochester-Genesee Regional Transportation Authority

Rusty Korth has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rusty started his career as a Systems Analyst at Ontario County in 1986 and then transitioned to Optical Gaging Products where he worked as a Software Engineer, Product Manager, and Program Manager until 1994. After that, he worked at Questra Corporation for eight years, holding various roles such as Senior Consultant, Project Manager, Practice Manager, and General Manager. In 2002, he became the President and Managing Partner of Barrett, Korth and Associates, Inc. before becoming the Owner of Korthland Dairy Farms, LLC in 2003. Rusty worked at the dairy farm until 2010 when he joined RTS - Regional Transit Service. At RTS, he held multiple positions including TIDE Program Manager, Director of Maintenance, Director of the Project Management Office, Vice President of Maintenance, and currently serves as the Vice President of Zero-Emission Strategies.

Rusty Korth has a diverse education history. Rusty pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Clarkson University from 1981 to 1985. Rusty then went on to Rochester Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science, completing their studies from 1987 to 1991. Years later, Rusty Korth enrolled in the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and successfully earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Competitive and Organizational Strategy, Entrepreneurship between 1997 and 1999.
